Fireland has quality management policies and procedures that are appropriate to our organisational goals and our clients’ needs. In managing and maintaining these policies we ensure our clients receive the full services they require.
It is the responsibility of all Fireland officers to ensure quality policy objectives are met during the delivery of our services to clients. We continually review and improve our quality management to ensure all client expectations are achieved.
Fireland is currently pursuing a certified quality assurance system and will provide further information once available.
